We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 6–15 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.

The Kitch is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order cannot be delivered, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged package and products.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
